“We have had the pleasure of working with Ware-Pak for several years as our fulfillment center, and they have demonstrated outstanding efficiency, professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. What we value most is their responsiveness – whether by phone or email, their team is always quick to respond, offering thoughtful guidance and dependable support whenever needed. Their friendly and proactive approach has made them a trusted and valued partner in our operations. Thank you Matt, Karen, and the rest of the team.” – Bahá’í Publishing Trust

“Ware-Pak has been incredibly helpful every step of the way. There’s a lot to learn when running a small business, and they made our transition from fulfilling orders in-house to working with a 3PL seamless. We’ve had a great experience so far and are excited to continue learning and growing together.” – Pink Tongue

“Ware-Pak has hands-down been the best fulfillment center we’ve worked with so far (and we’ve worked with a few)! Top-notch customer support, quick turnaround, and most importantly, our products actually arrive in perfect condition (which, unfortunately, is not always a given when dealing with 3PLs). What’s more, Matt & the team went above and beyond to create a customized solution that works for our small publisher’s needs. Highly recommend.” – Worldwide Buddies

Our company has used Ware-Pak as a fulfillment house since 2017, with terrific results. Our rep, Rebecca Denison, is top-notch, and the most important and impressive metric: we experience almost NO packing and shipping errors, as opposed to when we were doing all the packing/shipping ourselves and averaged 1-2 errors a month. Kind of amazing, really.

We had had the pleasure to work with Ware-Pak for many years. Particularly Rebecca Denison who has exemplified the values of this superb company. They are meticulous in their operations and dedication to our company as one of their smaller clients. We could not recommend their skills and responsiveness to our needs enough.

There are few companies around who care as much as Ware-Pak, every order is taken care of, every problem taken seriously and rectified.

Should any business be considering their services, you will be taken care of well, treated seriously and given a dedication and level of service that is worth every one of these 5 stars.

Thank you Ware-Pak, you deserve every success.
